PIN Design and Build Corp. was founded by Ella and Jay. Combining strong design vision with practical construction expertise.
Ella is a licensed Architect with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and brings a solid background in Building Science. Jay is a general contractor with extensive expertise in engineering and business, ensuring each project is delivered with both technical precision and sound management.
We offer a true one-stop service: Covering entire project lifecycle under one roof-from feasibility study, concept design to permit application, 3D rendering, construction, material supply and installation. Our integrated approach streamlines coordination, reduces risk, and delivers consistent quality.
Our team holds multiple professional construction qualifications, including concrete foundations, wood framing, door and window installation, roofing and basement waterproofing, and custom renovations.
We effectively utilizing Building Information Model (BIM) for design and coordination, improving accuracy, efficiency.
