Overview:
The renovation includes the replacement of all existing wood flooring with large-format sintered stone tiles installed on the ground floor. The kitchen features sintered stone countertops and backsplash, complemented by a combination of wood-textured and off-white cabinetry, along with a set of glass display doors that add visual interest.
A new skylight is introduced above the stairway to enhance natural light, and the existing wood stair railing was replaced with a glass guard. A seamless door is added to the primary bedroom. Together, these upgrades transform the interior into a warm, modern living environment.
